We offer Northern Virginia professionals the luxury of nutritious and delicious meals prepared with the highest quality ingredients in small batches in our licensed commercial kitchen.
How it Works
Let Chef Victoria and her team take these tasks off of your weekly to-do list:
- meal planning
- grocery shopping
- hauling groceries
- cooking
- washing dishes & cleaning the kitchen
During an initial consultation, Chef Victoria will hear about your culinary preferences and dietary requirements. Each week Chef Victoria develops a menu that includes a wide variety of proteins and vegetables. –
The nutrient-dense menu items are grain-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free for the most part. Each meal includes a hearty amount of vegetables. A few offerings include gluten-free grains like rice and corn along with some legumes and options for dairy.
You can opt to customize your menu or you can have Chef Victoria tailor a menu to meet your preferences.
Chef Victoria sources the highest quality ingredients: organic produce, poultry, and pork; grass-fed beef; and wild fish and seafood. The culinary team prepares the meals in small batches in a licensed commercial kitchen.
Each meal is labeled with its specific ingredients and includes warming instructions. The meals are packed into an insulated bag and will be ready for pick-up at a pre-determined time. Limited delivery is available for an additional fee.

Chef’s Choice Boutique Meals
If you would like the luxury of personal chef nutrient-dense meals at the best-value, this plan is for you. The fees include the cost of groceries and Victoria will make sure the weekly menu she creates meets your culinary preferences. This plan works best for clients who call themselves foodies and enjoy a wide variety of ingredients.
- 5 entrées & 5 side dishes with 1 serving of each: $275 (pick-up only)
- 4 entrées & 4 side dishes with 2 servings of each: $400
- 3 entrées & 3 side dishes with 4 servings of each: $500
- 4 entrées & 4 side dishes with 4 servings of each: $600
Weekly Menu- You Get to Choose
If you don’t like surprises and would like to choose your menu, this plan is for you. With this plan you get to see Victoria’s weekly menu in advance and select the entrées and side dishes that work best for you. The cost of groceries is included.
- 5 entrées & 5 side dishes with 1 serving of each: $350 (pick up only)
- 4 entrées & 4 side dishes with 2 servings of each: $500
- 3 entrées & 3 side dishes with 4 servings of each: $700
Luxury Custom Meal Plan
Our most luxurious option. You get to choose your exact menu. Limited availability.
Fee + Cost of Groceries + Tax
Each entrée & side dish yields 4 adult servings. The cost to add an additional dish is $65.
- 3 entrées + 3 sides dishes: $500*
- 4 entrées + 4 side dishes: $600*
- 5 hearty entrées only: $450*
*Virginia Sales Tax and Arlington Meals Tax applies to all meal plans.
Fee includes: Initial consultation, working with specific food preferences, customized menu planning, recipe research, food preparation, packaging and labeling of food storage containers, and a menu with warming instructions.
Additional costs
- The cost of groceries
- Grocery service fee: $45
- Delivery fees (please inquire)
- Condo/Apartment fee: a fee may be assessed if delivery involves more than drop-off onto a single family home porch (navigating parking garages, entering buildings, going up stairs and elevators).
- If the client’s dietary needs do not fit into the meal plans outlined above, the rate is $85 an hour with a minimum of 5.5 hours.

%22Personal Chef Victoria was instrumental in helping us follow an anti-inflammatory diet for optimal nutrition and performance. Chef Victoria worked with an extensive list of foods that we chose to avoid, and developed a variety of creative menu options for us. She inspired us to love more vegetables than before, and we never felt like we were eating a restricted diet. We particularly liked her homemade fermented beverages, her kale salad with a dairy-free cilantro-lime dressing, and her soups made with bone broth. We were surprised at the number of desserts and snacks Chef Victoria was able to adapt for us- they included gluten-free granola bars, nut butter energy bites, and a raw brownie. We will miss her food when we leave Washington.%22
